The House
The Olive Tree House is an authentic countryside home in Liapades, set on the first floor and opening towards views on both sides.
Natural light moves through the house throughout the day, reflecting off the wooden ceilings and connecting the interior with the balconies.
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and two balconies.
It comfortably accommodates four guests. A fifth guest may occasionally be accommodated on request.

A calm double bedroom with a king-size bed, a wooden ceiling and generous storage.
French doors open towards the meadow to the east, while a west-facing window brings in light from the opposite side of the house.
Bedroom 2
A flexible second bedroom that may be arranged with one double bed or two single beds.
The room looks towards the meadow and is designed to work equally well for adults or children.
Living, dining and kitchen
The kitchen, dining area and sitting room share one continuous open-plan space.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, while the living area connects naturally with both balconies.
For a fifth guest, the living-room sofa may occasionally be prepared as an additional double bed on request.
Bathroom
A bright, practical bathroom with a bathtub and shower, washing machine and illuminated mirror.
Bathroom essentials, including body soap, shampoo and shower gel, are provided for guests.
East Balcony · Meadow View
The east balcony looks across the meadow and the green hills beyond.
It is the place for early coffee, first light and slow mornings.
West Balcony · Park View
The west balcony faces the mature trees and village park beside the house.
In the late afternoon, the sunset filters through the trees and the balcony becomes a natural place to enjoy the last light of the day.
