House Rules

To help ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following house rules.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 15:00 via lockbox.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 via lockbox.
  • Early check-in or late check-out are only permitted with prior written agreement.

Guests and Visitors

  • The maximum occupancy is five guests.
  • Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
  • Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.
  • The house is not suitable for children under five years of age.

Noise and Neighbours

  • The house is located in a residential area; quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
  • Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time.

Parties and Events

  • Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted.
  • The property must not be used for commercial activities, meetings or organised gatherings without prior written agreement.

Smoking

  • Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house.
  • Cigarette ends must not be discarded from the balconies or anywhere around the property.

Pets and Service Animals

  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements. Please inform us before arrival so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Photography and Filming

  • Commercial photography, filming, advertising or content production is only permitted with prior written agreement.
  • Personal holiday photographs and videos are, of course, permitted.

Care of the Property

  • Please treat the house, its furniture and equipment with care.
  • Furniture and household items must not be moved between rooms or removed from the property.
  • Any damage, breakage or maintenance issue must be reported promptly.
  • Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage, missing items or additional cleaning caused during their stay.

Safety and Security

  • Please close and secure all doors and windows whenever leaving the house and before check-out.
  • Candles, incense, fireworks and any other open flames are not permitted.
  • Illegal substances or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Please do not tamper with smoke detectors, electrical equipment or safety devices.

Air Conditioning and Electricity

  • Doors and windows should remain closed while the air conditioning is operating.
  • The magnetic electricity card must remain inside the property and must not be removed from its holder or taken away.

Keys

  • Please keep the keys and the magnetic electricity card together at all times during your stay; they must not be separated under any circumstances.
  • Keys and the magnetic electricity card must be returned to the key safe at check-out.
  • Please ensure that the key safe is properly closed and that the code is scrambled.
  • A €50 locksmith charge may apply if the keys are lost or locked inside the property.

Cleanliness and Waste

  • Do not leave food or rubbish outside, as this may attract insects or animals.
  • The property should be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or the termination of the stay without a refund.
